Global Alerts

The globalAlerts resource allows you to retrieve and acknowledge alerts that have been triggered by a global alert configuration.

Endpoints

The following endpoints are available for globalAlerts.

Method Endpoint Description
GET /globalAlerts/ Retrieve all global alerts.
GET /globalAlerts/{ALERT-ID} Retrieve one alert by ALERT-ID.
PATCH /globalAlerts/{ALERT-ID} Acknowledge one alert until the time and date you specify.

Measurement Types for Global Alerts

The globalAlerts resource returns measurement types in the metricName field. The field is present only if eventTypeName is set to OUTSIDE_METRIC_THRESHOLD.
